About Mark Sullivan
Born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, Mark earned his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. He has practiced law in Pittsburgh as counsel to businesses of all sizes for over 25 years.
Mark’s recent practice has focused on representing small and medium-sized businesses and assisting them in a variety of transactions and business related matters. He has been rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review ratings for over 15 years, which is the highest rating issued by that organization. Mark lives in the north hills of Pittsburgh with his wife Denise and their two sons, Andrew and Nicholas.
